The LEAN system is formulated to give your physique-transforming efforts a boost, helping to reduce fat, improve muscle tone, and restore youthful skin. Follow these three practices to get the best results:

1. ESSENTIAL: Use the products in the system as prescribed
- Each of the first three days on the system, take one packet of Activate with 6oz of water.
- Each day, take three Burn pills before 2pm.
- Each day, take exactly one tablespoon of Trim (please measure carefully).
Following this routine daily will help accelerate the development of a lean, sculpted physique when combined with #2 and #3:
2. ESSENTIAL: Follow the healthy eating principles…with a modification
No amount of supplements or exercise will overcome a poor diet. Be sure to follow the healthy eating principles described in Eating for Success in the Coaching section, with one exception:
MODIFICATION: LEAN program participants will want to increase their protein intake to about .5 grams per pound of body weight (the recommended baseline is .35); especially if adhering to practice #3:
3. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: Resistance and HIIT training
It’s critical to get the diet component of your fitness efforts right first, so we generally recommend making sure you first have a good handle on #1 and #2 above and then add the following to increase lean body mass (muscle) while reducing fat:
- A resistance training program to stimulate muscle growth
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 2-3 times per week if possible to reduce fat and increase the production of human growth hormone, which aids in recovery and muscle development, among other benefits.
